   Absolutely lovely security guard in the Newport store who checked on my elderly mother and guided her to a seat to rest up. It’s not very often that you have a welcoming, caring and supportive security guard with a fantastic sense of humour who looks after the customers. Well done you lovely person.

   Would not step foot in this shop. Over priced for Bad quality clothing, Bad customer service. This is why they don't have many customers no wonder they went bust before.

   Really lovely and helpful staff I can't recommend it enough. I am very shy and the staff were so nice to me and helped me when making decisions about what trousers were businessy enough for my new job! Very grateful to them! The clothes are also really good quality which I was pleased about :)

   Nicer better quality more mode than next. Brilliant all clothes displayed with care. Next all clothes looked creased and cheap . Well done to the staff in this store who spends time and energy to make their clothes look so classy and well presented this particular store is 100 per cent professional well done

   Store had limited colours in the top that my wife was interested. When asked if we could use my "Blue light Discount card" on the purchase I was told no! That sort of discount could only work on line. Other companies allow the cards to be used in-store. Staff not that helpful either which is shame Had to order tops on line to get discount, but had to wait days for delivery.
