    A much smaller store and selection of products than expected. Staff flew through demonstration of prams far too quickly and spent most of their time telling us that the pram we were interested in was in high demand, and that if we didn't order immediately, we might not get it in time for our babies arrival. My sister-in-law and partner, also looking at the same pram on a different occasion, were berated by staff for supposedly leaving their purchase so late. We both ended up purchasing, at similar prices, from other retailers who guaranteed much earlier delivery.

    The two staff spent our visit there talking to a girl with a tesco uniform. Wouldn't have bothered me but we went to a shop and not online so we could talk to someone and get a feel for each pram. We felt too uncomfortable and intrusive to interrupt the girls talking to enquire about anything. We did get a hello and goodbye, which was nice of them to stop talking and interact with us.

    We visited three times and every time to make a decision on the pram, order it and then pick it up. The staff are so knowledgeable and honest with their information. We are first time parents and really didn’t know where to start and came out feeling like we knew what we were looking for. When we ordered the pram it took just less than two weeks when they said it would take three. We were too late for the 4d scan freebie so they chucked in a free waterproof cover instead. Upon pick up we told the staff that we were going to fit the car seat in the car park, as we live on a busy street with on street parking and the staff instantly offered to help us. Impeccable service, thank you!

    Bought a pram start of last year. Spent 2 hours there going through all the different prams the women helping us was so great and friendly! We bought a pram but unfortunately recently the bad snapped at the bottom so I contacted discount pram centre and they contacted the manufacturer for me and arranged it to be swapped for a new pram and was given a replacement to use while I waited for the new pram. So happy with the service discount pram centre have provided. Hayley helped me with the incident with my pram and she was so quick and efficient sorting it for me.

    We just ordered our new pram from here. The ladies were so helpful - they left us to try out prams and see what we liked, but they were always on hand to answer questions or show us how to fold certain ones etc. They struck exactly the right balance between being available to help, but still giving us space to take our time choosing. They also gave us loads of very helpful information about car seats, and I felt their answers to our questions were very honest - it didn’t feel like there was any “upselling” or pressure, which is something I really appreciate.     Visited Discount pram centre Cardiff recently looking for a pram for my second child, being second time around I had a good idea of what it was I wanted but had no idea where to start. The girls were so helpful talking me through all the options available, pros and cons to them all and nothing was too much trouble! We visited a total of 3 times before ordering and never did we feel like we were being pressured into placing an order. They were also fantastic with my 3 year old son (who as most 3 year olds find shopping very boring!) and got him involved and made him feel very welcome. Highly recommend and can’t wait to use my new pushchair.

    Brilliant customer service!! I would highly recommend the store on Penarth Road, Cardiff in particular. I’ve visited the store on a couple of occasions to purchase a pram package and for advice. Hayley and Monica were fantastic and really helpful! Nothing was too much trouble! They helped to fit the car seat also and went above and beyond to help! Thank you so much!! A very pleasant experience! We also attended the nelson branch for a 4D scan back in January and the ladies working there were really friendly and helpful.
