   I think the store has a wide range of affordable items and the staff are nice, but that’s where it ends really. The store is disorganised and the cafe is slow running. I’ve just had my third visit and I’m yet to see the kitchen in working order. I’ve never been able to order an actual meal. Now to the bit that gets me, the toilets are in serious need of some TLC. The smell is so vile! Working in care I know the smell and it’s stale urine. They are obviously not properly cleaned or aired out. I hate having to take my two kids in there. Although they are “tidy” in appearance, a more professional clean is needed. The smell is horrific and the toilets are adjoined to the cafe.

   This Range is great, it's gigantic. The staff are always friendly, polite and on hand to help. There's a cafe upstairs although ive not yet tried it but it looks clean and smells good. Christmas at the Range is one of the best to buy decorations from. Organised in sections by colour, a tunnel of lights, an entire row of trees.

   The staff are generally friendly and helpful and there's always something you never knew you needed. However, if you're pay for something in advance be aware you may be waiting longer than you expect! I bought a penguin Xmas lamp for my little one in advance as was told they were showing as in stock but as they were new they were probably on a pallet somewhere waiting to be put out. Fair enough I thought and expected a phone call in the next couple of days. I don't know if that pallet was actually in the North pole waiting for someone to unwrap it but 3 weeks later I did receive a phone call to collect. Not really too much of a problem for me as it wasn't a gift but I can imagine this would be frustrating for someone in a different situation.

   I think this is my favourite store in the U.K. in terms of a brand and offering. I don’t like shopping, so when I do have to I like to go to a destination that is efficient and spaced nicely. This store is laid out well and has so many different categories. The staff are always helpful and pleasant. I think all the range stores should have map layouts or better signs as most range buildings are very big and it can be difficult to find certain things, especially if on two floors. Other than that, great store and people

   Wonderful shop, it really has all you could want for home decor or improvements. I found the perfect frames for art work I bought in France years ago. Had a really beautiful cream tea in their cafe & even got myself a bargain in a much discounted lampshade that was missing a gemstone I happen to be in a position to replace! Great stuff...love the Range.

   A good store with lots of stock over two floors and a small outdoor garden centre space. The cafe is also a good place to stay and have a cuppa and a bite to eat. Two aspects let the store down however, one is the staff are not very helpful or engaged with what they are doing and the second is the customer toilets.....they have to be the worst smelling and kept up toilets around, they are horrific and should be avoided at all costs. Its a shame as the store does have allot going for it, but work clearly needed to be done.

   Busy today at the range. Plenty to see and quite a few bargains. Jubilee bunting and union jacks in good supply. Great range of plants as well as some different types of garden furniture not just the usual stuff you find most places. A quiet cafe upstairs too. Only downside was the queue to pay and only 2 tills available. Did I mention they do kitchens too?!?
