   What a fraud, the excuse for poor stock being that there is no space because of rebuilding? Virtually no hats and poor gloves plus I paid £5 for the park and ride by myself and no car ? What a rip off Portsmouth for the privatisation of the P&R!

   The assistant by the changing rooms on Tuesday afternoon went over & above to help us. My husband tried on numerous trousers & jackets & she went out of her way to try & find the right items. Advising us to try different styles & colours that we wouldn't have thought of ourselves. I didn't take her name, but she is an asset to your business.

   Spacious, variety and a product with two prices-MRP and the outlet one. It is absolute bargain. They have wide range of men, women clothes and less of kids items but still have a range. The MnS looks managed by wonderful ladies who are happy to be there and help us. One taught for 32 years and left the job and started customer care and she is happy and relaxed! (Sorry teachers!) The products are mostly made in India and Bangladesh. The quality looks fair. Its worth visit for shopping regardless of distance if you don't mind driving or travelling. Come, shop and say hello to the amazing ladies there!

   The men's section seemed to be smaller than a previous visit, though maybe M&S tends to cater more for ladies clothes. The size range and style of mens clothes weren't great but that's probably why they are in the Outlet store and not the main stores. Had a good range of underwear and socks but very few shirts and little for holiday wear. I'll stick to the main stores.

   Easy to get in ... main aisles are great but not much room for a wheelchair between clothes stands. Lovely staff, easy to queue and pay. Good selection of products.

   I'm not convinced all the stock is normal M&S quality, but more like a 'value range'. There are some good bargains to be had, but you need to look for them. The staff we encountered were very helpful.
