TK Maxx is a very nice place to shop, with reliable prices and a good variety of items. It is also suitable for families with prams, making the shopping experience more convenient and enjoyable.
Small-minded and untrusting staff. Suspecting that an honest customer has changed the price sticker on an item is just appalling customer service.
Terrible experience. While we waited to be served at the till we were ignored while the staff members were chatting. In all fairness, one wanted to serve us but was being distracted by the other. We then asked for a price query. While this was being done another staff member accidentally took the product in question and a customer took it. At the same time we were charged for the product. It took ages to get this all sorted as they had to review security footage. Then another item we bought didn't have the security tags removed so we had to go to another store to get it removed. All in all, a calamity of errors that could have been mitigated if the staff had paid attention to their customers. We won't be visiting again.

I had a great experience with this store. They have a huge collection of shoes and I was specifically searching for Retropy sneakers in a particular color that I could not find anywhere else but luckily they had it in stock here. I initially ordered the wrong size by mistake but the replacement process could not have been smoother. The return was handled quickly and I received the correct size in no time. Their return and replacement service is very smooth and hassle free. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and the customer service and I would recommend this store.
Love T K Maxx for their selection of clothes and accessories. But the internet connection inside is just rubbish
It’s okay, quite big and the selection change somewhat regularly. But they don’t have many good clothing options, especially in smaller sizes.
The staff are very kind and considerate and take time with customers. There is a good working atmosphere. The store is very clean and tidy with a lot of space to navigate so it doesn't feel too cluttered. Stuff is neatly oragnised
TK Maxx is a store I've used both in the UK and the USA (TJ Maxx). I've found that quality in certain respects (especially clothing) has lowered, but great bargains can still be had. We found that this store had some especially good bargains, unlike our local store in Watford.
TKMaxx is my favourite shop! It's amazing what you can find. All the clothes are brand new but much cheaper than original price. You can get anything from branded clothes, shoes, bags and makeup to home and garden items. At the moment I'm loving to shop for baby items! So much choice and all so good I am struggling to pick what to buy. And I'm really glad they introduced now the reward card for regular shoppers.
