   I popped into the shop this morning to see if I could source two specific screws and appropriate nuts for urgent repairs for my wheelchair. The staff at the desk went out of their way to find what I needed and even fitted them for me, despite the fact that my purchases amounted to mere pennies. Thank you guys!

   I am very dissapointed with the unhelpfulness of the Manager (in the white shirt ) today who wouldn't help me & my 83 year old husband, who is vision impaired, and waiting for operations on both wrists, to take a heavy ish item to our car outside the shop! It was expensive item and when asked if he could assist as I'm in my 70s he said he had no one to help! Well he could of helped. Always we have had good service from Hursts , the staff are brilliant and I couldn't believe this bad service from someone who should be setting an example to others!

   Staff are extremely lazy and rude. Just because you have the monopoly on overpriced brooms1395 just for the head doesn't mean you entitled yo be rude to your customers. B and q here I come . The last I ever shop at hurts. Your staff need a lesson 8n customer service.

   "Hurst first" they say and I can see why. The shop is full of everyday items for the home and DIY. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, I have marked them down, as for 4 weeks I went in regularly to get a bottle of BBQ gas. It never happened and I went elsewhere and had no problem getting the gas.
