The aisles in the centre of the store are a bit like a maze, some of the aisles also feel very randomly placed, would like to see some frozen baked good/ pastries in the freezer section. Overall really good range of items, love the garden bits outside and the Christmas/ seasonal products, lots of choice.

Good shop to buy things you didnt think you would need. Lots of variety and great value arts and crafts for children old and young.

Went to have lunch in the cafe with my son. Was told the chef was doing a stock take so food would be over half an hour. (Why do this when the cafe is open?) My son's food came after 40 minutes but the chef forgot to cook mine. Other customers also had food missing. Had to get a refund (after queuing for 20mins) and leave without eating as I had been waiting over an hour and ran out of time.

Had a lot due to multiple companies within the store such as Iceland the Garden Centre and a cafe. Staff very friendly and welcoming. We bought a few bits and came out with a smile on our faces. :)

Now, this Range was great especially for my aging Mum. The cafe kept her going for tea and lunch and she looked at literally everything. Purchased some lovely pictures that she fell in love with. Staff were so friendly and helpful too! The worst part was getting there as the main road in was closed so we had to join everyone on the only other road out!

Helpful, friendly staff. Good range of well priced products including: home, garden, craft, seasonal and cleaning. In store cafe and loos (but didn't use these facilities) and also a large frozen food area.

Really helpful friendly staff. All happy to go the extra mile. Consistent,so helpful over a number of visits. Tends to suggest the store is very well managed with a customer first approach. Genuinely one of the best retail experiences I have had in a long time. Thanks to all.

Such a vast amount of goods and variety. It's surprising how much you can cram in what seems to be a smallish space. Good prices, and now with Iceland section.

Decent shop with a wide range of products. Prices aren't too bad, especially when they've got a sale on. Not the best for accessibility in some ways, though, as many of the isles are very narrow - which makes it a nightmare to navigate in a wheelchair especially when busy.

Great Range of produce but long queue with 2 staff on the tills and others stood around talking. That's why the 4 ⭐ given. Just popped back. Still 2 staff on the tills but no long queues. Massive Xmas selection.
