   Called the store earlier in the day to reserve two Pink Linen shirts for a wedding in Greece! Spoke with Amela who put them aside. When I got to the store, Amela was so attentive and helpful! She made it her mission to get me a shirt and socks to match! The socks were not in stock, but she ordered them to my home address! She gave me loads of shirt options! It was like having a personal shopper! Can’t tell you how good the experience was! Purchased pink linen shirt and socks that match and a black leather woven belt to complement the outfits! Highly recommend!

   Freddie! This guy was a super helpful. A true salesman, approached me when I entered the store asking if I needed any help, I thought I knew what I was looking for… just another polo shirt but ended up buying a whole outfit with Freddie’s guidance! He was dressed really dapper in a suit so I felt comfortable taking his advice of what worked best for me and spent more than just a a polo hence he’s a true salesman! Keep up the great work Freddie

   Very expensive, not sure any of their prices are justified. Shirts £140 reduced to £102, probably cost about £5 to make if that. Can't believe people actually want to pay these ridiculous prices. CRAZY!

   I know clothes don't suit/fit everyone but, as I had the available funds, I hoped to find one or two polo shirts and a pair of shorts or trousers for an upcoming holiday. Unfortunately not. I tried one size of polo... too small. The next size up... too big. Keep in mind that the discounted outlet price for a polo was £80. The trousers were all marked as slim fit. No 'normal' fit to be found. I couldn't find any shorts either. I feel Ralph Lauren is missing a trick when customers with money in their pocket are walking out because they are unable to make a purchase.

   The store is full to the brim with different styles and colours of the name brand garments, probably too much so. I visited on a fairly quiet Friday lunchtime and the shelves were very untidy, with clothes hanging from shelves and laying on the floor. There was no shortage of staff, many stood idly. For Ralph Lauren, you would expect more.

   Great range of stock. Can just be a bit of a jumble sale at busy periods. ------ Update, been here on the 16/10/2022 and noticed clothes I had bought about 2 years ago back on rack with exceedingly higher prices. I appreciate that inflation has increased the cost of everything but I feel an increase on 2 year old stock is unjust. Example.. My partner was wearing an exact jumper I bought her in 2020. Now back on sale marked up 3 times with the outlet price inflated higher than the rrp.
