I had a lovely experience in this store today, I found the perfect pair of boots with the help of a very cheerful assistant, I wish I had got her name. The store was immaculate and both members of staff we encountered made us feel welcome and we only wish we lived closer so we could shop there more.
To the girl on the till, if you work in a shop learn some common decency, manners go a long way, also if you don't like the job, leave.

Shopped for first time 3 weeks ago back this week explained to the two ladies I was buying for my son in Scotland and might need to change items, these Ladies were brilliant great service and so helpful I will be back thank you.
This shop is excellent great clothes true to size. A fantastic outsize shop great colours to not just black and grey. All in all a fantastic shop recommend to anyone.

So warm and welcoming even during this difficult times with the pandemic! The 2 staff ladies helped me choose items that suit my body type, helped me carry my items to their desk, asked more than once if they could help me more. Really patient and friendly ladies. Definitely going to make more of an effort to visit this store even though I do not live here! Lovely visit today, thank you!
The staff are so friendly and helpful. They understand what it is like to shop plus size. Finally remember what it's like to shop without thinking "please have my size".
