“Visited with my 3 year old yesterday for some shoes. The lady who served us (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name, but I know she wasn’t the manager of that helps and was the only one on the shop floor) was absolutely brilliant. She was great with my little one and I really felt like she took the time needed and delivered a fantastic service. It’s certainly not easy with 3 year olds and she made the whole experience a really great one. We will return.”

“I went in today for my sons prom suit. We were well looked after by a lovely lad. He wasn’t pushy and really took the time to make sure the suit was perfect. The quality of the suit compared to the ones he tried on elsewhere was so much nicer. He’s long in the leg and they were able to accommodate this. “The ladies there are so helpful and kind. I was there on Friday and the lady that served me went out of her way to search and get me 2 pairs of corduroy trousers. She also did my card payment. I like shopping there and the clothes are nice and durable. I particulary like the James Pringle collection there but generally the clothes and service is nice. I would recommend that shop any day”

“Having just been to the very disappointing Reiss in Bicester village it was a delight to go to the outlet at Portsmouth . There is no comparison between these stores. Portsmouth store is fantastic, with lovely & helpful staff, an immaculate store and all round excellent shopping experience. Sadly Bicester was truly awful - go to Portsmouth instead”

Many comment on the congested car park and traffic, all true; there is a second exit from the car park the M&S side - also we often avoid the grid lock by turning right. There are other routes into town and for A27 we head to the second junction that links with the A3 (if REALLY bad, otherwise it doesn’t take long to move).”
