   I’ve shopped in this store since it opened and the service is truly the best in the shopping centre. Nothing is too much trouble. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help. I usually try to be served by Sue or Thom, as their service is really great. I’m a difficult body shape but the team know what will suit me and the products really are fantastic. I’m a dress lover and love the Petite option available to order. I popped in last week, had a good look at the new collection, will be back to buy my winter wardrobe ASAP! I know it always sells out. Huge thanks to Thom and his amazing team - recognition well deserved!

   Just love the Seasalt store at Whiteley it is my favourite. The staff are all so helpful, and I always leave smiling if Thom is there. He always knows exactly what will and will not suit me. Breath of fresh to find a store manager who clearly loves the brand he is selling.

   I am a regular customer of Seasalt and love the quality and style of the range. My local store is Whiteley and feel the need to comment after reading some of the previous reviews. I have always been greeted warmly and nothing is too much trouble. The manager always goes over and above to help, and order items or suggest different options. He has always been polite and knowledgeable about the range. I would prefer to visit the store than order on line, for this very reason.

   Went in to this shop a couple months ago and was disgusted by the way Tom (Thom?) the manager spoke to me. Extremely rude, obnoxious and snotty. Horrendous. We left as soon as we could after experiencing his awful attitude. No way were we putting money in his till. I’m irritated to see I’m the third person complaining specifically about this so-called manager in these reviews. Clearly Seasalt are just incapable of running a simply retail operation and dealing with problem staff. It was beyond unprofessional. He should not be working for your company, there is no other appropriate take on the situation. Stop being so weak and do something about him.

   I had walked past this store a few times but never been in before as for some reason I didn't expect it to include my size. I finally popped in for a browse anyway and was firstly very impressed by the wonderfully warm welcome from their sales assistant. I was also very pleasantly suprised to see they actually do a really good range of sizes. I will definitely be coming back after payday.

   I visited the store about a month ago. The store manager Thom is very rude, awful man. Shame as all the sales assistant are lovely & the clothes are nice. He just let's the store down. Shocking he's a manager!

   Was fortunate enough to be in the Whiteley area recently and thought I’d have a wee bit of retail therapy. Seasalt wasn’t part of that therapy. The male asst made me feel super uncomfortable - I asked a few questions and got barked at in response, he made me feel very unwelcome and I asked him if he could be a little more pleasant. He huffed and puffed and told me he was the manager and very busy. It was just very weird behaviour so I left and got my therapy elsewhere! Avoid.

   Such a shame as I love Seasalt, but the staff here were just dreadful. They were so pushy and didn't give me the space I needed to try on garments and decide for myself. The manager, I believe, was so rude and made me feel very uncomfortable.
