   I went in to the Portsmouth gunwharf quays store to do since Christmas shopping. I went to the till and asked to borrow a tape measure. A very polite and helpful young lady called Morgan Major gave me the tape measure and then offered to help me. Not only did she call on the radio for her colleague to check the upstairs stockroom, but she also came back with the 2 sizes/2 different fits(slim and standard fit)/ and 3 different colours. Her whole attitude was to help me to the best of her ability. She explained about the differences between standard and slim fit aswell as letting me know that the returns policy had been extended for 2 months due to Christmas I told her manager immediately so that he knows that Morgan is a credit to the store and to the company. I also received 40% off the outlet price. Well done Morgan.

   shop is to small, but that's just a distraction. i found out you can buy on line and if it doesn't fit or is not to your liking you can return the item to this store. great service and also added bonus the staff are really nice!

   Terrible shop compared to other Crew shops. Far too much stock for the space available. Therefore messy and overrun with customers. Staff are friendly and helpful but fighting a massive battle every day. Get a bigger shop, please!

   Went in after recently going in their store in the McArthur Glenn Mansifield shopping mall and I was very disappointed. Being a bloke their Gunwarf shop was terrible, there was very little for men and they were all very highly priced. The quality of their products though are very good, maybe not as good as Hackett or other shops of similar pedigree. The staff were helpfull and although there was a short que they did manage the inflow and the outflow very well. I was slightly disappointed that they had a item that has obviously been returned, as it had a stained collar. It was put on the shelf and was priced at 45 pounds still and knowing their prices normally and the price of this I was very, very disappointed. I look at other products but they too were very much overpriced. It wasn't a too bad experience there though, I would recommend going to crew and getting some of their casual wear but just make sure you look at all of the prices as it is that which you have to look out for. Good locations well. The shape of the shop does also make it a little bit difficult to look around it though. I will add as well that you need to be careful when taking things of hangars, as they can stretch the material a bit too much sometimes.

   Friendly staff. Air conditioning not great though (full whack and still hot in there). Need to move to paper bags still - getting the print from your bags on hands isn't a premium experience. Clothes fantastic quality though (sale prices make them worth it) and always a good experience with the staff.

   The Crew outlet sale prices are quite competitive and the quality of the goods is high. The range of sizes is limited which means that you end up choosing something which is your size , rather than something you like the most.
