   I had never purchased any shoes from DB Wider Fit Shoes but saw their catalogue in my chiropodist’s and rang up to book a fitting. Sue was excellent as she measured my feet for both correct size and width and recommended styles she thought I would like. My ankles are very swollen so she suggested a style that was soft but would cushion them and as soon as she put them on they felt wonderful. I walked around and was amazed how comfortable they felt and ended buying 2 pairs in different colours. I also quoted 80 for 80 for the poppy appeal and got a lovely pair of slippers for free. I was so glad that we had travelled from Berkshire so that I could be measured for the correct shoes and will definitely recommend DB to friends. Thank you very much Sue and your colleague who helped you.

   This is the only shop I have found that supplies shoes wide enough for my feet. The pair I bought a year or so ago have been the most comfortable ones I have ever worn. Last week, I bought another couple of pairs. Sue and her staff were very helpful as always. Highly recommended!

   Excellent experience of customer service and care from Sue who helped me find the type of shoes I wanted. Very happy with my purchase. I bought two pairs of boots about 2 years ago which, despite a lot of wear are still in great condition so I know the products are great quality. Great to have an appointment so you know you don't have to wait and the fitting area is not crowded. Overall, a great experience and highly recommend the company.

I’ve always had trouble finding shoes to fit my feet, Wider Fit came to my rescue, so much so, we have purchased 2 pairs of shoes. We weren’t rushed into making a purchase, and we felt welcomed and comfortable.

   An all round brilliant experience. I have been trying to find shoes to fit me properly for years. I heard about this company from my podiatrist and immediately made an appointment for fitting. The ladies were fantastic, so knowledgeable and kind. I came away with a very comfortable stylish pair of trainers and some slippers that do not fall off my feet when I try to walk. I am about to order the trainers in another colour. It was wonderful to have a choice. I would highly recommend this company and their fitting service.
