“Fantastic professional service received yesterday by Chris. My Husband hates shopping for shoes as he has little patience trying on shoes that rarely fit him from the usual High Street stores. He needed a new pair of Brogue Shoes and he had observed the staff from outside this store attending to a customer and he had been in to the store and was very impressed. After almost an hour, of trying on shoes, we eventually found the right shoes, with fitting and expert advice from Chris. My Husband was very happy with his birthday present of the Loake Edward Brogue Shoes in the beautiful Mahogany colour. We will definitely be back for another pair of shoes or boots as this experience was well worth the trip in to Manchester. Please keep up your good work and your exceptional service.”

“Always been top class in customer service, had multiple weddings in the family and Andaaz has always helped us, we’ve bought shalwar kameez and waistcoats and prince jackets for big groups of boys and men, it’s so nice when all the boys are dressed the same on those special days. They are very affordable compared to other brands and the quality is beautiful and I cannot complain. “Visited the store on 6 April 2024 with my husband. We had a ball! The staff are so helpful and lovely. Eleanor was just brilliant - she ran around getting me different sizes of things I wanted to try on and gave brilliant advice - she knows the product line so well. My husband was also made to feel at ease here and the staff involved him in helping me choose things. Eleanor also helped me place an online order for the items I wanted that were not available in store - this order turned up at home just a few days later. All the staff made me feel good about how I look and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this shop! Highly recommend!!”

“I have been wanting the Clairemont Way Fisherman Sandals for the past few months but couldn't get them online in a size 8. I thought I would go into a physical store to see if I got lucky. A male staff member said that they unfortunately only had a size 7.5 in stock. I assumed that it wasn't meant to be, but straight away, he said that he could make a call and see whether they have some in another store. Not only did they have my size available, but he sorted the order at the till to ensure that I could have the shoes delivered to my home address. I really appreciated how attentive he was in finding a solution so that I could get the pair of shoes that I wanted. I would definitely come here again. This was on Wednesday 30th July at 2:30pm.”

There are some occasional and party wear options but due to size of the shop the selction is limited. However the stock is always well updated. Also they stock a good selection of childrenwear for girls considering the size of the shop. Clothes are of great quality and value. Full price stock are usually on pricey side however the same item during sales are of excellent value. Highly recommended.”
