Went in to buy gear for a trip to Iceland and got a lot of help from Oscar, who was very knowledgeable, kind and also very patient! He took the time to advice me on the available options and answer all of my questions. Prices were also great. Would recommend!
Online order, did not receive. Placed the order on the 2nd of November and still no refund. Will speak to an ombudsman about this very dodgy and unprofessional customer service. Do not recommend. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers in the UK are legally entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Decathlon have not followed this act are in Breach of this.

I want to share my amazing experience after being served by Adam on December 3rd. This guy absolutely made my day. I brought my bike in because there were a lot of things that needed fixing. People at Halfords told me that it'd cost me a lot to fix it and that they'd need 5+ days to have it ready. I ask Adam for advice and this guy is already getting his hands dirty, trying to fix my bike. It only took him less than 15' to repair the things I needed help with, whilst looking after my bike as if it was his own. Honestly, I'll only be visiting Decathlon from now on and he's the reason why. He was super polite and helpful, which made the experience even better! Thank you so much Adam! :)
Absolutely amazing! The fact that I can find any replacement parts for my bike and have them fitted by a professional is incredible. I'd like to thank George, he's absolutely the best. I learned so much from him in how to maintain my bike in best shape, and his proactive approach to find and then fix the issues I had with my bike, just amazing
My man Rhys proper sorted me out making my bike feel safe after getting hit by a car. Explained what had to be done and what needs doing. Really friendly guy obviously loves what he does and knows his stuff too. Whatever hes getting paid should be more 10/10 service
Excellent experience in store overall. All the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. We purchased our sons bike there and then, carefully checked over and staff took time to explain to my 3 year old how to use the lights. Thank you!
Absolutely a very spacious and comfortable superstore to shop at, successfully got everything I need on my list, completed my list ticking boxes, must bring the lovely recycling bag to leave the store with, otherwise can't carry the groceries I brought to home, had a nice time shopping here, a lot of aisles and various stuff to fulfill my wishes, even extended my searches, spent longer time here than I imagined haha
