   Edit: After writing this review, customer services finally responded and I was able to collect my order. The store staff were very helpful, despite the order not having been logged properly and no collection email being sent to me. It's a shame that a negative review is what it takes to get a response from customer services. The store itself is not to fault. I ordered to this store on the 25th November. I have been trying to contact customee services with no response. I cannot track my order becauae I checked out as a guest. The account I created, says to "contact customer services to add my order to my account". The order tracking link is broken, also. I have recieved no refund and will have to go via my bank. My order should have been available to collect within 5 days. It's been over 2 weeks and silence.

   Massive store, loads of space even tents are displayed as if they are pitched, not just a pic on the packaging. Staff were friendly also told me that I could buy an annual loyalty card for £5.00 cashier then worked out on a calculator before i bought it to see how much cheaper if I bought the card to see if it was worth it (It gives discounts up to 50% off the retail price on a wide range of gear and clothing.)

   None of the product islands match the brands they display and 'high value' items (some under £200) are all chained up and presumably you're supposed to request to try them on? The staff are few and far between and it's a huge store. I just walked out - it's too much like hard work to try on a few low/mid prices jackets. Complete shambles. If I was a reputable brand like Rab, Montane etc, idt be complaining about how this store goes about selling my stuff.

   Decent selection of fishing stuff should sort you out for most things you'll need the area I think they are best is baits great selection and great prices they also do other stuff like outdoors clothes like coats and boots and stuff like that they do bikes and biking equipment aswell as camping equipment like tents and bivies and tables too basically you can the majority of the stuff you need from your outdoor activity's here it's 100 percent worth getting the card for a fiver I've earned back the price of the card tenfold this year

   Checkout could not process my valid - accepted gift card. Other staff members too busy chatting to help young cashier out with my £90 purchase. Also, trainee cashier was belittled by colleague at the till whilst trying to renew my membership. Walked away empty handed. Went to Bury store where I received excellent customer service and spent £120.

   Fantastic to be here at Go Outdoors. I'm always happy to look out for something I wished to add to the household. Absolutely seen a great variety of products in store, hiking shoes, fishing equipment, camping gear and accessories, and clothing for adventurous travelers. I ended up getting two comfy recliner chairs with stable support, well designed with great mechanics, and quality is excellent as well.

   Products aren't bad and the prices are great, the staff are rarely seen, been stood waiting at the tills to be served on a few occasions where there would be either nobody there or a conversation happening that is more important than serving customers.

   I don't know why there is a phone number on your profile when not one of my 10 or more calls were answered. Difficult to try spend money when you can't confirm some simple information on products and stock or talk to someone from this store.
