   You guys are totally insane. if you don’t have the bikes then why are you making appointments, i came 2 times and you are Saying you don’t have the bikes even i booked appointments 2 times. This is what you are giving customer support? you should close your shop you don’t know how important the time is..

   I have rented their ebike for three months. Their bike had lots of problems, including the gear that cannot change, battery always turns off by itself. One day the bike got stolen. I reported the App. Then they did nothing but only called you to return the remaining accessories and refused to refund unused payment after the payment of £232.

   Worst experience with zoomo. They are asking to book appointment for flat tyre as well. I don't understand we can't book or plan appointment for flat tyre.. because it's not planned right. But still these disgusting people asking for appointment for flat tyre
