   Customer service is absolutely shocking at this store. Staff today tried to get ahead of the curve by writing all of the January sale prices on the tags, put sale signs in the windows and set up the rails and then refused to honour the prices at the till. Stating that because it has no pound sign or decimal point it’s allowed. No it’s not it’s completely misleading, clearly as there were 2 women waiting for a manager and another 2 rummaging through the rack checking the sale prices. As someone who works in retail at a FTSE 100 company, I know you should honour this as part of good customer service. This store, and in-particular Morgan and Charlotte, and the other manager who didn’t bother to come out and fed the decision down - did not know the meaning of customer service and how it should be provided. In future, do not write the new price in BIG numbers on tags before the sale, and to add that do not even have an original price on and expect that customers won’t walk to the till expecting to purchase! To top it off she honoured the other ladies next to me, if you honour one and not the others, that’s even worse. Very very misleading and will take my business elsewhere.

   My experience today left me and my children in tears. Customer service is extremely poor, staff & managers ere condescending, rude and nonchalant. There was no attempt to listen or even attempt to be polite. I will never return to this store as it is obvious customers aren't valued. All the rudeness was exhibited in front of my children who are now upset by the behaviour of the staff. Totally disappointed in NEXT.

   I stopped buying from next sale. I’m a regular customer. My kids are older by I still buy for my nieces. When I sent in sale online 3 days ago. All the kids were marked wrong prices. Like I seen one for £20it was on sale but above sale oulficd it said originall was £28. That’s not only for one seen about 7. When I go next I’m jn there for least an hour. Pissed me off.

His customer service was excellent — he really went out of his way to assist me and made sure I found exactly what I needed. It’s rare to come across someone so professional and genuinely dedicated to helping customers. Sham is a credit to the team at Next!

   Went to Next to get my first ever suit for prom and was helped by a guy named Shamsulalam. He was on his own on the shop floor and it was really busy, but he handled everything amazingly – calm, polite, and courteous with every customer. Even under pressure, he took the time to help me properly, made sure everything fit well, and gave great advice. Really helpful and patient throughout. Sham is a real asset to Next and definitely deserves some recognition from the management team. Thanks again for the great service!

   Collection system down...all staff stood at till upstairs saying I hope we have a million customers complain rather than have the system come back online & have to work! Try organising the parcels by surname etc...5 staff doing nothing to help! Was 5 star previously...1 staff can make others worse (blond young in photo entrance).

   Excellent service. I was awkward and uncomfortable after having not been out for so long and they were friendly and I knew how to handle common issues with equipment to process the return quickly. I would probably go back to shop there when there isn't a sale on as it was very bustling at the time.

   Absolute joke of a store. They told me they have known for ages that the times are wrong and they close earlier than stated but their manager hasn’t been able to change it!!! Surely it isn’t that hard for a major player like next to update their opening times or put a note on here that it’s wrong so people don’t make wasted journeys! For the record people - they close at 5pm on a Sunday!!!

   Very rude staff and manager is worse than the staff, during the sales, it was a shambles and instead of understanding the manager was raising her voice and causing a scene when there was no need for it, would never visit this store again!
