“Fantastic professional service received yesterday by Chris. My Husband hates shopping for shoes as he has little patience trying on shoes that rarely fit him from the usual High Street stores. He needed a new pair of Brogue Shoes and he had observed the staff from outside this store attending to a customer and he had been in to the store and was very impressed. After almost an hour, of trying on shoes, we eventually found the right shoes, with fitting and expert advice from Chris. My Husband was very happy with his birthday present of the Loake Edward Brogue Shoes in the beautiful Mahogany colour. This shop had a discount rack where I got a Lamine Yamal Spain Adidas jersey for only £60!! Add that the holidays were coming up so I also snagged a Portugal Christiano Ronaldo sweater for only £40 made for a great day overall… and the downstairs lounge with a cafe/bar with video games and Polaroids/cards on the wall is a must see for any real fan!”

Eleanor was just brilliant - she ran around getting me different sizes of things I wanted to try on and gave brilliant advice - she knows the product line so well. My husband was also made to feel at ease here and the staff involved him in helping me choose things. Eleanor also helped me place an online order for the items I wanted that were not available in store - this order turned up at home just a few days later.
