“My best man and I went to the Milton Keynes store in our search for the wedding suit. We had a little look ourselves and then Kyran came over to offer some assistance. We were then treated to a personal all encompassing visit with try on’s full get up for the extra special customer service. Kyran was an absolute star on the day with us a couple of walk ins. Kyran is an excellent representative of your brand and the store. Top notch!!”

“Went into store 27/8/25 with our granddaughter who had broken her ankle 12 months earlier, since then she had not worn proper shoes due to her anxiety about her ankle. We had been to many shoe shops throughout Banbury and MK with no success in getting Isla in a pair of shoes. We went in Charles Clinkards and straight away were greeted with shop staff that so clearly wanted to help with the problem we had. Isla was seen by Madelaine no 6553, she talked and explained things to Isla who is only 9 years old. She came out with loads of different pairs of shoe/boots explaining how certain pairs would help support her ankle. Madelaine was so caring and supportive not worrying how much of her time we were taking up. Eventually she got Isla into a pair of boots, she was so excited she wore them straight away. You must be so pleased to have such a caring and helpful assistant working for you. Madelaine certainly gets 10 out of 10 from us, and we will make sure Clinkards is our first port of call next time Isla needs new shoes. He was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable and worked really hard to help me find the most suitable shoes- definitely will be back - as not a service you could possibly get from an online shop. “We travelled nearly an hour from home to get to the store near Towcester. We were happy to travel to go somewhere with knowledge and expertise, and the opportunity to see a range of car seats. We had a bit of a niche situation as we have a reverse facing toddler in the middle seat (and still need access to them), while wanting to buy car seats for 15 month old twins who would sit on either side. The staff were amazing and knew exactly what would (and what wouldn’t) work for us. They took a seat outside to try in our car to test access to the middle seat. They were so helpful and had seats in stock so we were able to drive away with 2 BeSafe Beyonds, one of which they fitted for us (we chose to do the other one ourselves later). Cannot praise highly enough.”

“This is such a great shoe shop for children of all ages. The fitting service is better than any other shop I know, and this is based on my experience with my son and now my granddaughter 34 years on! They take time to check how the child walks without shoes first then find a perfect fitting shoe. I would be happy to travel to this shop if we lived a distance away, although we have now moved nearer and pass it every day! There is plenty of parking outside. I would highly recommend this shop. Ladies, you are doing a fantastic job.”

Now I just need to find a few free weekends (and maybe a kid-free room) to actually build it without losing any pieces. The shop is fantastic – very clean, everything neatly organized, and the shelves are packed with awesome stuff. Prices are definitely competitive too – I checked! My son picked out a "Lego Desk" – a brilliant little table with building plates, so now his Lego creations don't fly off at the first sneeze. Honestly, I’m seriously considering getting one for myself too – you can’t risk any casualties (or lost bricks) when building a Millennium Falcon! Highly recommend this place – for kids and grown-ups. Everyone deserves a bit of Lego magic and some carefree fun!”
