   POOR SERVICE I Usually shop online. Today I attended the River Island store in person Milton Keynes MK9 3ES Store 252. Serve by Till 102 The shop assistance behaviour was rude and unaccomodating she actually put me off at shopping in person. I will never attend or shop at River island in Milton Keynes in future her customer service style was extremely poor.

   Not the most helpful staff (young), who prefer to talk to their visiting friends rather than serve customers wanting to purchase goods. However when you do engage them they provide average customer service. I personally like the brand, but this store only has limited stock. Go to a flagship store if you want to get items that are also listed on their website.
