   I visited this shop on good recommendation and I also like to support small local businesses. However, I wasn't aware that you had to make an appointment and was quite taken aback by the unwelcoming manner and haughtiness of the (I assumed) owner, she made me feel really quite uncomfortable. Although, she did kindly look at my items despite the 'no appointment' and I totally understood the reasons she gave for not accepting them, bit it was her unkind manner towards me that prompted me to write this review, which is not something I have had cause to do before...

   I am literally obsessed with this place I think I go here every week the owner of the shop is so lovely and always smiling when I walk through the door she makes my day every time. This is my favorite place to shop for clothes. I always find something I love, and the atmosphere is so welcoming.

   This is great shop with good quality clothing and accessories. Mel the owner is lovely. Ignore the (only two) bad reviews and go and see for yourself. To the bad reviewers, did you read the terms and conditions? They only accept as new, clean, unmarked, items that they know have the potential to sell well. I have have had items rejected but I didn't take it personally.

   I very rarely write bad reviews and especially of small independent businesses but I’ve not had a good experience with the revival rooms. I first took items in there back in April and wasn’t massively welcomed (tbf I hadn’t made an appointment) and then was contacted weeks later to say my Kurt Geiger shoes and bag would not be accepted and had to make an appointment just to collect them (in a very haughty manner)! I’ve also had friends who’ve had a less than welcoming and warm experience. There were items which had been submitted and on 19th July I got an email saying 2 had sold, since then I’ve phoned 3/4 times and left messages and no one has replied. I would like my £20 owed to be paid asap please.

   This place is amazing and a real asset for sellers and buyers! To the person who complained about the service! You must have had a bad day or just impatient! Have you ever tried to run a business on your own? The staff at Revival Rooms are nothing but delightful and do their utmost best to accommodate customers. Shame on you for posting such a negative review!

   A little gem in a busy market town. I have not left once without a purchase and everything high end designer for a fraction of the price. To top it all, staff is super friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience!
