   I bought a Zavetti coat direct from the Zavetti website, and wanted to return it for a refund so I looked on Google for my options and I had two. Either get deducted £2.50 postage from the refund total and use a returns locker, or for free go to a Footasylum store. So I go to Footasylum and the guy behind the till makes a phonecall where i'm refused the return, the guy say's that he was told that I need to return direct to Zavetti. I even read exactly what Google say's and how they are working together wity Zavetti, he calls this guy back called Mohammad who is meant to be a special line of customer enquires ( I'm not making that job title up) who is still refusing to accept the return. I had other things to do, so I used a parcel locker and have now complained to get my postage refunded.

   Don’t know if he was the manager or something but I asked for a specific shoe for my friend. He tried to tell me that she can’t wear a GS size cause they are too small but I explained him that she does indeed wear GS size. Guy spoke on the radio and then disappeared, I was waiting for 10 minutes and he didn’t even bother to come and tell me that they were not available in this size. I had to go and find him myself and afterwards he told me to ask another employee in there to see if he sold the last pair they had. Terrible attitude, definitely not going back there.
