His guidance and patience left us very happy with our purchases and we had an all round good experience. “Went to Decathlon on Saturday 02/05/2025 to purchase a bike for my daughter, we were offered a brand new bike to buy & best thing was it was ready in 20 minutes! The service was impeccable, we were greeted by Lee (store manager) who was more than happy to help us. He was friendly and professional & had good product knowledge, he even helped me take it to the car & put the bike in the car for us, nothing seemed like too much trouble. We couldn't have asked for better customer service. Thank you so much Lee, you really made my daughter's day x”
