Billing staff on 23/3/23 afternoon (young lady)in Kingston branch behaved very rudely and not at all have customer service attitude or manners . Clarks is very well known brand and please choose or train your staff wisely. I used to buy Clark’s shoes but this is the first time I experienced something like this . Next time I never choose this branch really disappointed.

I took my boys to the shop yesterday and didn't expect to find any shoes as it was a last minute shop but very impressed by the good and efficient service from their stuff. There were few numbers in front of us but we were served within 5 minutes. Cameron was very thorough and patient with my boys and made many trips to the store room to find the right fit and style for them. Thank you and I would highly recommend the shop. Went with my two daughters aged 8 and 4 for school shoes. Really impressed with the service, we'd booked an appointment and spent nearly an hour getting the girls sorted. The lady helping us (Sia) was very patient and helpful. Would recommend.
Great customer service, excellent in store support from Sebastien in helping select a new pair of shoes for my daughter mid school year. Nothing was too much trouble, I liked his approach of getting what they had in stock in her size as opposed to my daughter choosing something & then being told it's not available. Will definitely be going back for shoes again. Brilliant all round experience for a task children don't like & parents not happy about paying twice in a year for shoes!
