Hillary, a staff member at Clarks, was very patient in helping my kids. She assisted in finding the most comfortable size for him and was incredibly friendly. Excellent service!
Clarks are great shoes but this store only shows a few from the total range

Went to get 2 year old twins measured and fitted - both hate these processes and not in the best of moods! Erin was excellent, patiently dealt with the measuring and assisting in the selection and ordering.
Gone down hill - service and knowledge is limited. Prices are sky high for what they are, and sizing options limited in a pinch. Teenager wouldn't be 'fitted' as he was in men's sizes. Not much point in going to Clarks anymore vs cheaper options with same service. Very disappointing.
Very welcoming staff who made my 2 year old toddler so excited to get her feet measured and to look at shoes. Staff member Jamie was in particular a stand out. She even picked my daughter up and let her scan the shoes behind the till. It was a special visit that will remain a core memory for us. I will 100% be coming back for my daughters next shoes. I hope Clarke’s MK sees this and gives some special recognition to Jamie. She deserves a raise.
Popped in to get my son measured and new school shoes. Fitting was fine, but as per usual no shoes in his size that he liked. We were told we could "order online" which rather defeats the object of coming into store. Shoe styles are all rather clumpy and dated. Clarks needs to up its game to stay in this market. In the end had a much better service from Charles Clinkard who have lots of brands to choose from. What a shame.
I was served by Tinyan today who gave me exceptional customer service. I normally go to Clarks for shoes as they're good quality but after explaining what I wanted and struggled to find a good fit, he measured my feet and took as much time as needed to make sure I got the best fitting shoes I could. I was so impressed with the service, I even bought a pair of walking boots on a whim just to make sure I was getting a pair that fit well too. He also gave me product recommendations to make sure I get the longest life possible out of two new pairs of shoes. Had to travel 40 miles as the store in Luton has closed but absolutely worth the time spent to get there. Many thanks for all of your help today!
I took my grandson to get new shoes today and we were served by Sunit. He was so helpful and talked through the fitting process and was very natural with customer service and his friendliness. Both my daughter and i commentated that he was one of the best children’s shoe fitters we had ever come across. Clarks are very lucky to have him!
