   Extremely rude staff! I came with a child (2 years) and somebody left a fizzy drink(cane) on the seat. I asked the staff to put it in a bin because it’s not safe. Her response: IS IT A PROBLEM FOR YOU? Shocked! And this staff worked in the kids' area, where full of rubbish on the floor and drinks, but at the same time was too busy to stay and talk!

   Nice staff but extremely rude assistant manager. Told me no shoe was available and asked another sales assistant and instantly got me the shoe. The misleading in this seriously annoyed me as the lies they try to hide for not trying to work whatsoever. Seriously unacceptable something has to be done.

   Have got beautiful collection of boots here. Little expensive, must buy when discounts are available. Leather boots and rubber boots are of pretty good quality.

   Purchased a pair of sandals for my 2yr old ahead of a holiday but as he has a wide feet they didn’t fit him. Tried to return for a refund after our holiday but was told that it was not possible because I was TWO days over the policy period. No leniency, no consideration for being on holiday. Very disappointing and will not be buying from here again. Outdated customer service in my opinion, which is likely to see a business like this gone in a few years.

   My wife saved a fortune getting boots trainers and shoes here. She had done her pricing research on the Bench Boots and the Skechers trainers she wanted. I had been dragged in and out of various shoe stores in the shopping center then she found Deichman. The same items but much cheaper, the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to find the sizes of the shoes my wife had picked out. We really appreciated the way we were treated by Saba and she is a credit to Deichman. Five pairs of shoes purchased my wife left very happy although I just felt smugger because of the money she had saved. Well done Saba

   Extremely poor customer service. I ordered shoe from the shop as the number I needed was not available. Same day received text message they can’t fulfil the order and contact the number/ email. Went to the shop and showed the message and manager mentioned you need authorisation code from head office to revive the refund. Trying to contact for last 2 days and same message we are too busy and call later. Emailed also but no response.
