   Be careful with this store, they over charged me and refused to return the money (even though this is against trading standards). They mislabelled an item and when I went back to show them the two label prices, they accused me of switching the stickers. A dark haired woman and a large woman were incredibly rude. I would not shop here again. They are crooks.

   I always enjoy visiting the shop because the staff members are very friendly and helpful. There's usually not much wait time for service. Additionally, they offer a 20% student discount and allow you to recycle your old shoes for a £5 discount on your next purchase, which is fantastic. The shop is always tidy and well-organized.

   Popped in today for a browse. Your staff were so incredibly helpful. I was served by a young lad in a cream jumper (sorry I didn’t catch your name!) who was super helpful & friendly. I’ve missed customer service like this! You normally have to shout someone down for help but he greeted us, then helped me when I needed it! Shoes were too big unfortunately so no sale but a great experience. Thanks so much.

   I went to buy some Barbour Readhead Boots and was served by a young lady called Chloe-Louise. She couldn't have been more helpful she had the size l wanted checked they fitted properly and wasn't at any time rushing me to make up my mind. I went to a few shops before l went to Schuh and could have purchased my boots in a number of them but im glad l went to this shop not only for the boots but for the quality of service I received from the assistant. I would definitely recommend this store to friends and family.

   Today I have spoken, by phone, to staff in Milton Keynes and Rushden Lakes stores. Sadly they could not resolve my problem but they certainly tried. Both people were helpful, polite, friendly and went to some length to help me. Thank you. Schuh, I applaud your customer services training programme and recruitment skills.

   I had the potential to be that nightmare customer, bringing a Web order back for exchange on a Saturday afternoon. So impressed with how my enquiry was dealt with such ease. The shop was so busy, but there were still staff available to support from the moment I entered. Supported by Olivia and also a manager, who was an obvious presence supporting her colleagues on the shop floor. Super speedy, efficient service with a smile. Well done Schuh!
