Super helpful and knowledgeable, I was suffering with cramp in my calves, so I was advised to try the fast chews. With a few flavours to choose from I tried the Coconut Pineapple flavour. Not only did they taste great, they have helped with my cramp. So impressed I've brought a couple more bottles to try the other flavours and to continue to be cramp free.
