   Excellent boot fitting. My second pair now. Sam was my fitter on 06/12/25. Excellent knowledge. Took all my measurements, asked lots of questions to gain my experience and style of skiing. What my goals were and what my focus is on the slopes. Advised me on boots. I tried 7 boots on and went with the first option he suggested. Awesome boot. Had custom footbeds as my current ones were 9 years old! Heat moulded the custom liners and bought a boot bag. They also accept Bluelight card. So got 10% discount too! Can’t wait to get on the slopes asap!

   I had a great experience with buying my new Ski Boots from your Milton Keynes store. Alfie was the young man that helped me through purchasing the right boots for me and his warm,happy, friendly approach was very professional. I went to the store with some other friends, who also had a nice experience, since the son of one of the people I came with ,also purchased a pair of boots,but Snowboard ones and he too find that the young lady that served and fitted him out was also warm, friendly and professional So from both of us, it's a BIG thumps up to these two sale s people and to made our experience in your Milton Keynes store enjoyable.    We were booked in for a 45 min appointment to look at my husband's snowboarding boots which weren't working for him. Cara looked at the current boots and made some suggestions for improving them but we felt they were simply too small, so she listened carefully to my husband's needs and slope style before bringing out a range of boots for him to try. She was extremely knowledgeable about each product and was also able to speak from extensive personal experience. We felt in excellent hands with her. She was extremely thorough, trying options even once we had something that we thought was good, just in case. Once we'd decided to buy the boots, she gave us extensive aftercare advice and was very happy for us to return if we needed for further adjustments after a slope practice session in Hemel. Cara also went to the trouble of investigating whether my husband's broken bindings could be fixed, looking for parts in her stockroom and directing us to options. She was honest that the bindings were in good condition and had some years left in them, rather than encouraging us to buy new ones. The appointment went over time but Cara didn't rush us on and was able to work through all of our needs. We felt very well taken care of by this personable and honest team member, and I would recommend her service to anyone. My husband is extremely happy with his purchase!

   We visited ellis brigham Milton keynes, over a few visits Alex fitted my wife and I with ski boots. His knowledge base is fantastic! His guidance and patience left us very happy with our purchases and we had an all round good experience. It was a real pleasure to see someone take such pride in their work with knowledge to back it up. Well worth a visit for anyone looking for genuine worth-while advice with ski boot fitting.

   My first set of fitted Ski Boots . Ben was excellent , very knowledgeable and patient. He asked many questions about my skiing experience. I tried 3 pairs until we finally got to the correct sizing . I was given time to walk around to try out and was asked further questions about my feet. I also went for the custom arch supports and Laz finished off by heating the boot liners and I had to wait 10 mins to cool . Also purchased a Boot bag at a reasonable price. I’ve only had rental up until now and the difference is amazing . Can’t wait to try them out .

   Went in last week after a ski session on the indoor slopes next to it and wanted to try and look around for my first pair of ski boots. I got in and there was a massive selection of boots and other equipment including some comfort warranty discount boots so the choice was quite big and when I asked for help I was quickly seen to. Alex served me, measured my feet and did an analysis of my stance and foot and ankle strength and movement, being very thorough and very knowledgeable. Got a fantastic service by recommending a couple of different boots that would do well for me (I'm heading away to do my instructor training) and it was all in all a very helpful service. I gave it a day to think about buying them or not and then they even sent up the boots to my local store in Liverpool so I could finish the purchase and fitting there. Great service and friendly staff who know their stuff!
