Brought the Victor Thruster FC racket. However after purchase found the racket £20 cheaper elsewhere. Emailed customer service who replied quickly and advised they will price match and soon as they dispatch the racket they will refund the £20 (which they did) . Excellent customer support service. Highly recommended. Thank you and keep up the good work.
Though the delivery took a long time due to Royal Mail delays, the seller made amends by showing empathy and responding to my queries promptly. Recommended. They also sponsor few national players so one can be assured about the authenticity of the products sold.
Ordered shoes online for Ireland, paid the delivery fee. Got an email from Irish post that I need to pay extra €18 custom's charges. I got in touch with TRME, reply was I should read the T&Cs & 'pay the extra €€ as you got a good deal & price of the shoe will go up soon'??!! That says it all, cancelled my order...big red flag. 3/1/23 - Update, cancelled order & sent back shoes on 18th Nov (6 weeks ago!) but still no refund. They keep fobbing me off with lame excuses. Not recommended at all, very shady delivery and refund practices. My advice, read the negative reviews here & online before you order with them. All 100% true.

Highly recommended online store. It is very fast response and good communication staff. I bought the Yonex 100ZZ the Kurenai 3U/G4 and shipped to Belgium, the Kurenai 3U G4 only available in the UK market. Due to the Brexit the item delivery will take a little bit longer (3 weeks total) and have to pay tax in Belgium, overall I am very satisfied and highly recommended store and the TRME Sport is Yonex stockist.
