   I went in with my friend on Saturday and we had great service from the lovely manager who unfortunately I didn’t get her name. I went back on Sunday and bought a beautiful dress that she had reserved for me. Very happy with the service.

   Visited recently with my partner, had some great collections; But the attitude of the lady staff was very frustrating. She needs to be trained to treat all customers equally. Very unpleasant experience but still we bought some pieces.

   Today both myself and my mother went for a personal shopping with Heidi for my daughter’s wedding. We both went not having a set style or colour in mind however we both knew what we liked or didn’t like. The dresses that both myself and my mum brought was not what we would have even tried on . Heidi knew what would suit us more than we knew ourselves. I am delighted with my outfit and can’t wait for the wedding . I know my mum feels the same. In with the personal shopping we was given a glass of processco.

   I’m a little late posting this but as I now have my shoes and bag I’m putting my outfit all together. Hobbs is not a shop I have really been into before. I don’t have one local but I will go again. Heidi from the MK branch helped me no end. I cannot thank her enough. Keeping my usual nightmare shopping for a dress very stress less. We even had a giggle with my husband sat outside the changing rooms. Thank you Heidi really appreciated

   I didnt enjoy this Hobbs store. I felt the staff were unfriendly, no greeting, and judgemental. I felt they were judgemental as I'm more than a size 16. The looks on one of the staff faces! I chose not to make a purchase in this store. I have purchased goods in other Hobbs stores and had a completely opposite experience!

   We had a great, genuine service when we came here and the staff were very attentive to our needs. They actually took interest in helping and ensured that we were fully satisfied. There are only handful stores in this shopping centre that provides genuinely good service and this is one of them. Quality clothes, range of clothes and service, highly recommend.
