   Really poor customer service from this store. Carla/Carly the store manager is rude, obnoxious, nonchalant and ignorant. I had an issue that I explained. She said what she had to say, I listened, did not interrupt her and then she accused me of not allowing her to get a word in edgeways. She is a liar and as she had an audience, used it as an opportunity to try and humiliate me even though I let her say everything she had to say without interrupting. Because I challenged her by saying that I didn’t think it was fair that I am at a financial disadvantage due to head office packing a 4-6 month item of clothing in 9-12 wrapping. She said she won’t be spoken to like that. Her other team members who opened the packages as I didn’t even open them due to noticing the error immediately, then said that they have no idea if I swapped a 4-6 month item with a 9-12 month. Even though they opened it!! Will be making a formal complaint but from the reviews this is probably the worst H&M for customer service

   Poor customer service in the Milton Keynes Midsummer Boulevard store. Changing rooms closed at 5pm though store did not close until 6pm. I made a specific trip to the store and feel let down I left the shop without purchasing. As i chose to visit a shop rsther thsn putchase online! The member of staff I spoke to said it is store policy to close the changing rooms 1 hour before the store closes. I saw several members of staff milling about. This is not acceptable. Poor customer service!

   I tend to plague H&M only when my daughter needs something and end up spending a small fortune. They always have a good selection of clothes available, if needed help, staff always knowledgeable about items and what good in fashion. Nice to see a survivor of the pandemic. A great store all round.

   Great store as it is very big so stocks a wide variety and choice of clothes. Laid out quite nicely. But the reason I give it 5 stars was on my visit the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgable, great range of clothes and mostly reasonable value. Would recommend

   Nice store to visit to see some intresting design clothes and get some inspiration. Tha staff is helpfull. Minus thing is the quality which is not allways the case wspecialy after 3rd washing of T-shirts.
