“I'm pleased to have had dealings with Dtronix recently. My Pioneer Head unit seemed to have developed a problem and via Amazon seller I was directed to Dtronix for support. Right away they wanted to arrange collection of the unit and have it serviced but then they suggested we do some checks first. I was then contacted by Steve from Pioneer and he gave me advice. Low and behold the issue was not with the Head unit but my van wiring!! During this time they kept in touch and were not critical of my lack of investigation lol! Would definitely recommend. Thanks”

“What an excellent company, my Sony packed up after 4 years , so Sony authorised a replacement and j.f associates were the authorised Sony repair/ replacement company nearest to me, from their 1st communication they have been great, replying to messages in minutes instead of hours ( like Sony) , I've asked them many questions and they've bent over backwards to help,when the 2 men came to deliver my replacement TV, they were very polite, even asking if they needed to take their shoes off, they unpacked the TV for me, assembled the TV legs, asked if they could set the TV up etc, put the old TV in the box , highly efficient AND very friendly, I've never heard of this company before, but my experience was perfect, I'd have no hesitation in recommending this company, probably the best TV company ................in the world, and no, I don't have ANY association with this company.”

“We went to buy toys for our kids… and somehow I ended up buying a toy for myself! Lego Millennium Falcon – childhood dream unlocked! Now I just need to find a few free weekends (and maybe a kid-free room) to actually build it without losing any pieces. The shop is fantastic – very clean, everything neatly organized, and the shelves are packed with awesome stuff. Prices are definitely competitive too – I checked! My son picked out a "Lego Desk" – a brilliant little table with building plates, so now his Lego creations don't fly off at the first sneeze. Honestly, I’m seriously considering getting one for myself too – you can’t risk any casualties (or lost bricks) when building a Millennium Falcon! Highly recommend this place – for kids and grown-ups. Everyone deserves a bit of Lego magic and some carefree fun!”
