I wanted a cooker and tried to buy online 3 times. After failing each time because of issues with the website I went to the store. That went quite well. I bought a cooker for delivery in 2 days. The low stars are because of the spam emailing that has followed since my purchase. I did not at any time agree to receive marketing emails, I was subscribed to this without consent. On each of the first half dozen emails I clicked the 'unsubscribe' option. Still the emails kept coming. They arrive daily and I now have to block each email that comes because they send the emails from so many different addresses! Today I had to call customer services and threaten to report them unless they stop. It's disgusting that companies continue to abuse customers this way. I will most definitely not be buying from Currys ever again.

Service was slow, staff did not really seem to be that interested in helping. When I eventually got the help I needed the young man was really friendly and knowledgeable. But I felt overall they lacked good leadership, seemed as if staff were doing the minimum and shy of dealing with a customer. Most stock is not even in store, so I visited two different currys to end up having to order online anyway. Id advise calling before going as it's basically a showroom with barely and of its own stock nowadays.

The best delivery experience I’ve ever had, thanks to Kaviny and George. They went out of their way to deliver my large Bosch fridge-freezer and provided a level of professionalism, friendliness and care that genuinely stood out. My garage was full, and they took the time to help me move items safely so the fridge could fit through and be brought into the kitchen without any issues. I wish every delivery team operated to this standard. Their hard work deserves recognition. 10/10 – highly recommended.

I had a very disappointing experience with the installation service. The appliance was not fitted correctly, and when I contacted customer service, I struggled to get the issue resolved. I was transferred multiple times and spent around 3 hours on the phone without receiving a clear solution. Based on this experience, I would not use Currys again.

Carry's in Milton Keynes is undeniably a vast and well-stocked store, especially when it comes to electronics. However, the kitchen items section left us slightly disappointed as we felt the prices were on the higher side. While quality often comes at a cost, it would be nice to see more budget-friendly options. Parking wasn’t an issue whenever we visited. One aspect that stood out negatively was the not friendly attitude of staff members. In a customer-oriented environment, we expect a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and sadly, they did not provide that. A smile and a more approachable attitude can go a long way in creating a pleasant shopping experience. Despite these minor hiccups, Carry's remains a worthwhile destination for electronics shopping due to its extensive selection. We hope to see improvements in the friendliness of the staff and the pricing of kitchen items in the future.

We did get a good deal on various electronics, but 1) The sales assistant took over an hour and a half to sort out our purchase after we had decided what to buy. Several items needed to be collected at later dates. 2) We never got phone calls telling us that they were available and each trip to the store took over half an hour. 3) The sales assistant told us that he let the last TV of the make we'd decided to get be sold to someone else who came after as. We were then told they oversold 105 of that make so it TV so it took over two weeks to get it. 4) Impossible to call the store directly. 5) Our TV was eventually scheduled for delivery. We got a four hour delivery slot, yet the delivery drivers showed up an hour early, when we were away! They did bring it back the same day. The box was filthy and the driver walked onto our carpet with muddy boots. Avoid, if at all possible.

Had to order in store as website rejected one item in basket. Staff member had to be asked to take order by supervisor- didn't seem keen - perhaps not expensive enough. Should not offer reductions to encourage people to take up extended warranties. When cooker arrived a knob was missing. Couldn't arrange refund same day as delivery 'not debriefed' - your problem really Curry's not mine. Cancelled because 1) redelivery was going to take three weeks and 2) no trust in Curry's as this was the third problem we have had with them. They are now too big to be bothered about customers. Suggest you avoid and look around for independents - they are out there and they are far better.

Really helpful staff, nice clean shop, lots of variety. It also makes a big difference when staff actually tell the truth about what they know and don't know, on order to advise you on purchases. I never expect all staff to know everything, but (as has happened in other stores) pretending you know and giving incorrect advice is unacceptable. At this store, staff were truthful and went to find out when I had a query they weren't sure about. I really admire that.

Walked in and a group of 4 associates were hanging out together in the center of the store eating ice lollies. Understand today was the hottest day of the year and the AC was pretty low for a electronics store, but was hoping for some guidance. They saw me looking around but no one approached to assist. Was looking for a Huawei smartwatch, eventually found the area. Picked up a pamphlet and educated myself on the one I wanted. Fortunately, Jake had come by and asked if I needed anything and was able to assist me. Was visiting the UK from Canada and expected better service. I know from visiting other stores in UK they do put customers first, but was a bit disappointed with the first group I encountered who were chatting away. I almost felt it would be rude to interrupt their conversation. I did end up buying the watch.

Nice place but one staff looks so rigid and aggressive. Not friendly and not even smiling to customers. The way she spoke to me at the checkout counter was not friendly. She was professional though but wasn’t smiling although I smiled at her. Giving me straightforward answers in an unfriendly manner
