I collect bits and pieces frequently from this store and have to say each and every one of the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. They are great at dealing with queries and take time to greet you !!! A special shout out to Sunni, who wins the prize for the biggest smile!

Only used the click and collect service which was a very quick turn around Always had what I required in stock at a reasonable price Plenty of parking at the front of the store Had to take one faulty item back - no messing around, straight exchange
Wonderful staff who are very Covid aware, helpful and patient. Disabled parking directly outside the door next to an assistance bell. Very short and steep ramps which are unusable by manual wheelchair operators. Who needs ramps with staff this attentive? Recommended!
Despite the current situation the queuing and collecting system works well. When items are available (which normally they are) it is fairly effortless prices to collect. The only improvement required is the opening hours to public...a word of advice is to check the stores opening hours before you set off to collect.
