Today I visited next (bath and body works) and I was having trouble deciding what to choose! And Lauren the lady working at the bath and body works was super helpful! And friendly! And helped me decide what to get! Definitely made my day less stressful thank you Lauren!
Recently visited. On top floor such rude leady there. I pick one T-shirt. She grabs back with rude behaviour. Never suggest to visit or buy. I am sure if is it free sale I am not buy anything. Zero service
Poor stock control just like every other Next store. Changing rooms were falling apart, lights blown, hooks broken, no seats. Obviously don't care enough to spend a little time to fix. No air conditioning in the changing room, everyone was trying on the same sweaty shirts. Gross!
The Next store at Milton Keynes has a fantastic selection of clothes for men, women, and particularly children, with a great range of styles and sizes to choose from. What really stood out to me, though, was the level of customer service that I received. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were happy to help me find what I was looking for and answer any questions I had. The layout of the store was also well organized, with clear signage and a logical arrangement of products, which made it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. Overall, I would highly recommend the Next store in Milton Keynes.
We went to the Milton Keynes store and unfortunately they didn't have my size, but have ordered it for me to be delivered to my local store. The member of staff was friendly and helpful.
Good selection of clothes here, particularly professional /work clothes for women. I'm a big fan of the colourful leggings that they have in stock at the moment, which can pass for work clothes with a smart top.
My husband was bought a jumper that was too small. Took it back with gift receipt. Chap on till was very helpful & ordered one in his size which should arrive in 5/7 days
A nice sized next found at one end of the centre. Womens downstairs. Children's section. Men's upstairs. Homeware upstairs.. A lipsy section at the back too. Changing rooms available. An escalator for customer use. Till service was fast and efficient.

A small store, with a good stock availability. Well curated stock, Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Well laid out and inviting atmosphere.
