“Absolutley lovely cottages. 14 of us were down for a fishing trip. Honestly, these cottages were perfect for us. Had everything you could ask for. I would not hesitate to go back to these amazing cottages. The living area was great with an open-plan living room/kitchen area. The bedrooms were spotless and the beds were so comfy. The bathroom was more of the same, clean and tidy, and the shower was amazing too. Thank you so much for an amazing stay. We will hopefully be back again soon”

“We have just returned from a fabulous family weekend stay at Weasels Way. This was our third trip to Tove Valley Cottages and it as usual it did not disappoint. The property was extremely clean and well maintained and we had all the amenities we needed. The open plan layout worked really well for 3 generations of the family and the play area was a massive hit with the youngsters. The weather was good enough to sit in the outside area which had plenty of seating for us all. A highlight was a trip to Stowe which was beautiful and recommended by the owner. We had excellent contact from Annie before and after our trip. Thank you and we look forward to another visit one day.”

“What a fantastic place to stay! We usually stay at Murcott Mill, at the other end of the village (which is also absolutely excellent, and they provide a great breakfast!) but couldn't do so this trip so tried somewhere new...and what a find! We stayed in Larkrise - very roomy, comfortable and relaxing, with all the essentials like tea, coffee and milk ready in the fridge upon arrival, and lovely extras like fresh eggs from the chickens and even biscuits! Clean, friendly, secluded, will absolutely try to return. Especially appreciated having a washing machine and wet room, and loved the cats, little dog and chickens. Lots of wildlife too, enjoyed watching the bunnies, pheasants, hawks and numerous other small birds.”

“I was taken here as a birthday gift from a friend. It was a superb afternoon! They accommodated the fact I am pregnant and offered treatments accordingly, and then had afternoon tea to finish. Everything was superb, the premises were clean. I commented it was the poshest spa I'd ever been to!! Very luxurious day were very taken care of on the day. Would definitely return!”

“This was our first experience at Cromwell Cottage. We enjoyed everything about our time here. Our food was cooked perfectly for us - hot, fresh & the steaks to our preference. Staff were attentive, professional, friendly & nothing was too much trouble. Atmosphere was relaxed & happy. “I've been going here regularly for pickup and it's a go to takeaway for sure the staff are really lovely and attentive and they are polite. The food is affordable and for what you pay you get more than what other restaurants give and the times of pickup is fast once had a beautiful takeaway in under 15 minutes of waiting! And the food was what you want from a Chinese and the best part is you don't have to lose an arm or a leg to fill a table and I guarantee quality. I can't give any complaints and the ones I see are give negative reviews from people who don't have the stomach for spice or Chinese food as I guarantee the food is always quality and even if you want to pay by card, it's best for them that you pay by cash and people need to accept that”

“3 friends and I stayed at this cottage this august bank holiday and I cannot recommend this place enough! It is a beautiful little 2 bed cottage perfect for a family of 4 situated on a lovely sheep farm. Self catering facilities were phenomenal with a fully equipped kitchen (including slow cooker, large spacious fridge and dishwasher!!!). The master bed is huge! Cosy living room with plenty of seating, and outdoor garden space was well kept and perfect for sitting outside with a book. Penny was warm and welcoming on arrival and answered any questions we had. Checked up on us once to make sure we had everything we needed and even left chocolates and wine on the table for our arrival which was a lovely touch. Quiet, with plenty of local country walks nearby and only a short drive to Milton Keynes Xscape shopping centre which had a cinema, crazy golf, escape rooms, arcades, bowling and restaurants (we had a rainy Saturday). Thank you Penny for providing us with the perfect stay. I will definitely be revisting in the future!”

“We were between houses as we had sold and we're waiting on the next one when we found this gem. Wonderful location, surrounded with fields and very peaceful. There are plenty of places to walk, or eat/drink, a few minutes drive away, or you can walk across the fields to East Haddon. Ged and Wendy were lovely hosts, very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend East Haddon Grange cottages.”
