   Have always used China Cottage in past which has been good. I received my order on this occasion but unfortunately was not even edible. I called China Cottage immediately with my concerns to be told maybe different chef tonight but no apologies and blunt confrontation. Will NOT be using again!!!!

   Service is fast and good, the people behind the counter are always nice and the atmosphere is welcoming. However the food is appalling, I ordered the szechuan chicken and when I ate it it tasted a bit weird, the next day I got food poisoning.

   Will never order from here again, ordered a delivery, paid for delivery and the driver refused to deliver to my door. Argued with me when I went down and drove off with the food. Disgusting customer service as restaurant did not help and now I have to wait for my refund through just eat. Avoid this place at all costs

   Great food, portions are good too for the ribs, chicken wings etc so I always buy from here. Fantastic tasting food as well

   We are regular clients we ordered again and the prices seemed higher than normal.when we asked from the prices for each product "miss" was annoyed and started shouting at me and talked in a rude Manor when we asked why she said she refused our order and that she does not care if she loses a customer. Never again.

   Being pregnant I ordered a takeaway, only to realise this was 2 hours away from my location. Having not known this at the time, when it came to receiving the email receipt I check the address which was then to late to cancel. We phoned the takeaway only to be rudely spoken to. Did not receive a refund due to food being wasted although this was a mistake on my side. I thought the takeaway would of been understanding but clearly not.

   It's a shame to rate them so low as the food has been fantastic in the past. The last two deliveries though have been absolutely shocking! Ordered online, the order was expected 50 minutes later. After 2 hours I rang the shop ro be told we are very busy. A further 30 minutes went by before delivery arrived.... No apology, no explanation and cold.
