   Had to put up a big fight to get a paper receipt from the sales assistant. She was so rude to me the way she saying ‘we are going digital’ over and over even though I kept asking for a paper receipt. I felt extremely pressured into handing over personal information and do not trust that this company would protect my data in case of a breach. Luckily I’m a stubborn person who wouldn’t take no for an answer but please, if someone asks for a paper receipt, give them one. It doesn’t matter what your target is.

   I feel that all different sizes is mixed. My opinion would be put winter clothing together and summer clothing, else lovely and spacious.

Till service was OK, but only one person serving on a Saturday afternoon.... after a large queue formed someone finally offered to help.    Nicely set out. Some of the clothes are nice. But..... I just wanted to get a nice top for my 16 year old, no chance! Unless I was happy for her to wear crop tops (which I'm not), low cut tops (which, again, I'm not) both of which are far too tarty for my tastes or a top with the neckline just under your chin that looks like something your granny used to wear made out of her old curtains. I guess that's fashion for you but a little bit of something simple and in between would be really nice for us Mum's and daughters that just want something feminine and pretty.

   Saw 2 pairs of boots on the New Look website that I wanted to try before I purchased. The shop was tidy and clearly marked so I knew as soon as I walked in that the shoes were all upstairs rather than wandering around searching for them. Found both pairs with ease and have purchased one, really happy with the look, fit, and quality of them. Staff members were easy to spot and those I spoke to were very polite and helpful. Only tiny gripe is that for the shoes I purchased my size (5) was on a very high shelf and pushed back against the wall. Thankfully my walking stick hooked them down!

   Good sized store with plenty to choose from . The store was kept in a nice clean and straight manner which is hard for a store this size within a shopping centre. The staff were very friendly and happy to help how ever I think they could do with more staff being ready and available on the tills as the que was huge but was dealt with quickly and professional . Didn't get a chance to take a look upstairs at the other areas within the store but I imagine the standards were kept high through out

   Cheap and good store, big range to choose from, but only does women clothing. Sometimes hard to find wanted item as clothes are everyvere then it's busy times
