Checked for opening hours on the website before driving 30 miles to the store. When I arrived the store was closed. I managed to get the attention of someone in the store. She came to the door (would not open it) and said they were closed for stocktaking. She said they may be open in an hour. No apology and was quite rude. I have a couple of questions, why did they decide to stocktake on a Monday morning 2 weeks before Christmas and why didn't they put this information on their website. Not good enough Nike.

I had a very disappointing experience when I tried to visit the Nike store. The doors were closed and the sign gave no indication when they might reopen. There was a group of people around the door. We caught the attention of a young man inside who shouted through the glass that they were “closed for technical reasons”. He was very rude. Another woman had been told earlier that they were stocktaking. He just walked off and left us at the door. Come on Nike. That just isn’t good enough. You’ve certainly lost my custom.

I had an exceptional experience at the Nike store thanks to Hannan. She is truly an asset to the company. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with genuine enthusiasm and a willingness to help. I had been searching for a specific item for what felt like ages, and while other stores couldn’t assist, Hannan went above and beyond to track it down. Not only did she listen carefully to what I needed, but she also took the time to check inventory, offer alternatives, and make sure I left completely satisfied. Her professionalism, product knowledge, and friendly attitude made the entire experience effortless and enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about customer experience the way she does. Because of her outstanding service, I’ll definitely continue shopping at Nike. Employees like Hannan make all the difference—she represents the brand with excellence, and Nike is lucky to have her on their team. Highly recommend visiting and asking for Hannan if you want top-tier customer service!

Small store with excellent customer service. Not many latest releases in stock (only available online), but the staff is very helpful. We got to try a new model not for sale in store, which really helped with Achilles tension. Great for general shopping and in-stock items, but not ideal if you're after the newest models.

Disappointing. The prices on the clothes were confused and the discounts were not too impressive (ok, but not much different to other general sports stores). The shoes on the side walls were not arranged well with sizes all mixed up. I was most disappointed by the range of football boots - they are mostly the 'club' (with a few 'academy'). I didn't find any 'pro' or 'elite' boots, which is what I was hoping for. I wouldn't bother returning.

I have tried this Nike shop and the one in rugby outlet and both to me is hit and miss. It’s great you can use the self check out in this Nike store, but the machine is a bit temperamental. also, I thought the men’s part of the shop was a bit tiny in my eyes. every time I go to a Nike shop it’s 75% chance they going to have my size in a storm and some of the members staff just tell me you could get it online, but that takes the whole point of going to an outlet in the first place.

Great discounts, one staff member ( Ellie I think) was super helpful for my husband for trainers and my son for a coat. You're very lucky to have staff like her.

Nice store, but don't go there expecting to get exactly what you want. I went to get some running shorts, their selection was rubbish, massive store like this and they didn't have any decent running shorts. Especially annoyed as I made a special journey, so don't make the same mistake as me. Sales staff, who were helpful and helped me look, apologised and said that I would have to buy online. So save on the fuel and wasted journey and if you want something specific then buy online, but if you want to search through 100s of boxes of shoes in the vain hope of a bargain, then go to the store.

While visiting the store I found a pair of trainers with 30% off sign while I was picking up the box in the size I needed a member of staff reached over me and removed the 30% off sign I questioned why she removed the sign which she replied the offer has ended today so you won’t get the item at the discount price ! This is very poor service and the 30% off sign / signs should have been removed before the shop was open .

I made a special trip to this store from Oxford on a Friday at 2:40 pm. Picked out clothes that I'm interested in, but the shop assistant told me that the fitting room is closed because they don't have staff. I have one question for the managers of this store - are you crazy? How can you close fitting rooms in a huge store for the whole day??? I wasted my time. And I'm sure, as did many that day. I have never encountered a similar situation in Nike stores. This is a huge blow to your reputation. I went to Under Armor which is nearby and bought everything I needed. It sounds weird, but they do have fitting rooms open even though it's Friday.
