   Office Northampton worst customer service and shop and the manager are rude incompetent the sale assistant no much better , before you purchase any shoe double check the policy refund , as you won t get one even if you been told you had 2 weeks to return for an exchange or refund….. disgusting behaviour from manager and sale assistant, you wonder why the store is always empty in Northampton, ……the shop should be close down or all staff been sacked , very dissatisfied……incompetent staff!!!!!!!!!

   Service or lack of service Office Northampton Good morning I visited your store in Northampton on Sunday 27 April 2025 I have purchased items from this store previously the customer service i received was very good However going into what has become an unwelcoming store which from a perception point of view looks like it's in its last days before closing. I was looking for a pair of Dr Martens Combi Tech which previously I purchased many pairs from your store. The display of Dr Martens was limited and speaking to your representative, who was more interested in looking at his iPad, no eye contact when asking about Dr Martens products he pointed to the very limited range and said, "Dr Martens won't sell us the product anymore" no explanation he continued to be disinterest I left it there. Clearly no one has sent him a memo about customer service With an attitude like this it's hardly surprising if it's true that Dr Martens are no longer supplying Office with their products. OFFICE is the undisputed leader in high street footwear fashion consistently presenting new trends first; offering everything their customer needs, wants and more… Own label designs offer affordable yet directional fashion reflecting the massive legacy of a company founded on London style. The brand always creates a unique collection with an exclusive twist! It's disappointing and I'll look for the product elsewhere.

   With no luck in another Office shop ( with no intention to help), I traveled to Northampton hoping for better luck. There wasn't what I needed in this shop either but fortunately there was Mathias, who without any fuss sorted everything out in no time and my daughter' s shoes are coming tomorrow. Definitely will be coming back even if it means to travel extra miles Thank you Mathias

   Extremally disappointed with the service received yesterday afternoon from the OFFICE store in Grosvenor Centre. Very poor management. Bad customer service. I would advise all staff from this store to visit Puntland or Primark to learn from them how to treat your customer so they can feel valuable and happy! Your shop which sell expensive brands footwear you should be an expert in great service to make your customer happy to return and buy more. You sell best footwear brands but the customer service is extremally low. I would not go back to this store ever again! I picked 3 pair of shoes in the store and wanted to pay for all of them. I had one pair which costed me £75 to return which was purchased just over 14 days ago. Nothing wrong with the return one just change mind and decided to go for something else. The lady refused to accept the return since was over 14 days. I thought that there is 28 days return policy this is why I did not show earlier. I wanted to buy 3 pairs of new shoes and return one pair. The store will s make a profit but they decided that they cannot accept return so in this case I had to leave the store and I did not purchase the new ones.

   Terrible customer service. Staff extremely rude (even the main manager.) I wanted to get some shoes swapped out because they have been damaged (bare in mind that they are less than a year old and had warranty from the shoe company) and the main manager just told me that they are worn and she refuses to swap them out then I explained further and she just gave me the biggest attitude you could ever think of. So rude, never going back there again. Please don’t ever buy shoes from here because if you have a problem with the shoes they won’t service you as expected.

   Not great at all! Ordered white vans the came with a stain on that had tried to be covered up with a completely different shade of white with the stain showing through the “cover up” I pay for new shoes not stained shoes! Not impressed that they would even think of sending stained shoes after me paying for them. Will not use office again for shoes. Do not recommend.
