   The person who sized up my 18 months old daughter feet was very friendly and good wit her. She was shy at first but he help her relax which was nice. Thank you xxx The shop just didn't have her size and I choose at least 3 pairs of shoes I liked but didn't have her size in...was very disappointed and went on-line Clarks and was same problems...it's not as good as years ago and was disappointed...got a lovely pair of Nike in JJB for my boo boo and also Amazon in the end. I wouldn't bother with Clarks again and it's a shame coz good quality, nice fit shoes. No point if they never got stock!

   Even though school rush for shoes is inevitable end of August, staff dealt with demand well. Ticket machine was broken for fittings but staff manually gave out tickets so everything was still organised. Successfully bought my daughter school shoes after her fitting.

   We booked a slot for children's school show fittings, which I'd recommend. However, it was really quiet today. Very patient staff member, who checked the fit of recommend children's shoes, and explained to me what she was checking for as she went along. Was able to order for home delivery via the store, when a style was needed that wasn't in stock.

   The girl that served us was so lovely and helpful and brilliant with our little girl. The shop was very busy but the manager, assistant manager and another member of staff seemed to think it was acceptable to stand at the till having a good old chat while 3 other customers were waiting for fittings. The 2 young girls in there were rushed off their feet while management clearly took the mick.

   Good classic quality shoes. Range more extensive on line. Small shop and not much scope to showcase everything. Would definitely go again as need to try the shoes on. Order online and have it delivered to shop to try on. They keep you updated on your order throughout.
