The Trickers shoes and boots speak for themselves. I would like to praise their customer service team . I hate technology , emails and ordering things online. I got in contact with Trickers asking for a new shoe box . I was told to email their customer service team with my request . Every part of the process was easy . I then emailed the customer service team with my request , and confirming what I actually wanted and who to post it to . I get stressed buying things online . So when the shopping experience is easy , executed efficiently and the team actually read my requests ( demands ) You get a very very happy customer. Thank you for everything you have done for me .

More of a review of the boots than the shop. Very high quality. Honestly the highest quality boots I've ever seen and I have many boots. The shipping and handling aspect was remarkable. I ordered a pair and I received them in 3 days. Here's the kicker though, I live in California and these shipped from Northampton. What more can I ask for? I will be a customer for life and would like to visit the factory some day.

Popped in for a quick visit to check the sizing and lasts and I've not had a pair of Tricker's before. Left with a lovely pair of Stows at nearly half the usual price. Jack, the shop manager, provided an attentive, personalised, friendly service. He was very helpful and able to make well informed recommendations. Extremely pleased with the experience and will most certainly be visiting again in the near future. Would highly recommend the shop - excellent service guaranteed.

Received some very odd service from the factory store. The shoes are lovely, and I have bought 4 pairs this year. We were given a shoe brush added in free of charge to one order. I specifically made a point of asking on the latest I could take a pair back once tried with my wedding suit. Upon returning that pair, my parents were told that returns were not allowed, but exception would be made in this one instance (?) However we would be charged for the brush, despite this being a good will gesture for the other three pairs we’ve bought. This was all done in bad faith and it is questionable why they would treat someone who has given good business in such an unwelcoming way. The chap may have been having a bad day because he was polite before, but good business usually derived from consistent customer service.

One of the gems of Northampton. Quite a special take on the classic Brogues with colourful Dainite soles. The access to the factory shop is from the back. Amazing quality shoemaking!
