Solovair as an online retailer has a customer service that is second to none. I am an avid(or rabid) Solovair, and by extension, Dr. Marten enthusiast. Some would even say I have a problem…and I definitely do. I love collecting shoes and boots! NPS Solovair/ Gripfast has definitely enabled me in the best way possible! The story goes like this: I got my daughter her first pair of Solovair for her birthday, the Cherry Red Derby. I ordered them last night at 0045 Pacific Time and I already have the shipping label less than 8 hours later. Last time I ordered I bought UK size not realizing they were displaying US sizes. I was terribly bummed at the prospect of having my boots for a fleeting instant only then having to send them back immediately. I took a shot and sent an email to customer service and it was changed, packed and shipped within 6 hours. I was pleasantly astounded, I figured I was the exception rather than the rule and enjoyed my good fortune THEN, disaster struck, my wife who by this time had severe boot envy, ordered the Gripfast Steel Toe Biker Boot and DID THE EXACT SAME THING THE FOLLOWING DAY.… she was panicking, I told to send an email hope for the best and boo-ya correct size adjusted and shipped within 2 hours of sending the email. Astounding - A great product sold by a great company with great customer service.

Absolutely wonderful place. A complete hidden gem, very polite and helpful staff. It was finally time to replace my last pair of Solovair which have given me well over a decade of weekly if not daily service. They sell factory seconds here for about half price which was a VERY pleasant surprise. My only regret is not coming here sooner! Also you can browse their full range (still a little cheaper than online) in an intimate, very well presented room. You are literally across the road from the factory, tours will be restarting in the new year. The quality of Solovair/NPS's products cannot be overstressed. (No, I do not work for them!) Thank you for a great experience, we shall be back again.
Bought my first pair of nps boots two years ago... Absolutely love them.. Great service and a quality boot It can be a little bit confusing to find the shop as its downstairs in the wine shop!!!! There are multiple carparks nearby and that's probably the best way to park
