   This is my go to place for clothes. I can always find good quality gear at ridiculously low prices that fit. The staff are always friendly and willing to help. The changing rooms have been upgraded to include a disabled facility and moved to the front of the store. There are also plenty of disabled parking bays at the front of the store making shopping a very pleasant experience. I just did a double take when I checked my till receipt as the total was so low, there is a summer sale on right now (August 17th 2023) and I’ve just stocked up my holiday wear for Cyprus. This is my number one choice for clothing. Highly Recommended. ❤️

   Staff not very friendly, forced my nana to use the self service when there was a til open and so ensued the most complicated transaction I'm sure matalan has ever seen. No help from staff and then as she walks out the alarm goes as she didn't know how to remove the security tags. Staff then descend on her and finally want to help by removing them. She was very confused, embarrassed and angry. She could easily have gone to the usual til and been served easily and swiftly. Idiotic shop with idiotic policies.

   Matalan clothing outlet corby phoenix retail park is not the biggest Store but carries a large cross section of what the larger stores have including garden and home wares, solar garden lights ect covers your family needs for ladies, gents, and childrens clothing inc newborns. some mobility parking bays are by the Storefront which is shared with other nearby stores.

   I recently went to the store to purchase a suit for my husband and there were two younger members of staff who were extremely helpful and very very polite, nothing was too much trouble for either of them. They both gave me the type of service I expect when I go shopping. The suit fits great and price is excellent. Thank you.
