“Great shopping experience today, not been in for ages but the clothing is gorgeous for autumn, lovely short jumpers, really well fitting boot leg jeans and joggers, comfy and warm short jackets. Underwear also good as it always has been. I've never bought so much there's so much autumn choice and most items I got were under £16. Could have done with more variety in the boots , not everyone wants UGG style. Also the sizes are a bit mad, I'm about a size 10 to 12 but everything I bought was extra small and the jeans were 8 so size down if you go. Shout out to the ladies in the changing room who were superb, nothing was too much trouble. Great staff throughout the store and quicker service than elsewhere , River Island take note.”

“I visited M&S Derby today for a bra fitting and was served by Lacey, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She made the whole experience comfortable, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Lacey was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive — nothing was too much trouble. She took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me find the perfect fit. Her customer service was exceptional, and she is truly a credit to the M&S Derby team. “I think that most people know of Matalan and this is a nicely spaced store with a good range of very reasonably priced clothing for all the family. The children's range is very useful as we know how quickly they grow out of clothes before they have had their wear out of them! There is a range of household goods too. The staff are friendly and helpful. In addition there is free parking here for four hours if you want to visit the town centre on your trip !”

“Great place to go for plus sized clothes! Always have a great range and the staff are so friendly. My only issue is that for a shop that caters to the larger ladies, it's a bit of a tight squeeze to get through the shop without snagging your clothes on a hanger or rail. But other than that it's great.”

“First time shopping at Next store on Saturday had no clue, approached Debra who helped size me up and get my suit fitted perfectly and also arranged to have it delivered on a Sunday delivery the whole experience was amazing and would not only recommend Debra but also happily shop at Next again in the future”

“Good shop, wheelchair access, lots of selection of products, currently doing some work on part of the store, but still plenty of products. Some clearance items in at the moment (Sept-19), which makes brands quite cheap. Sells all sorts of clothing from coats to swimwear to sportswear, shoes, homewares, toiletries, bags, kitchenware and more. Friendly staff in the changing rooms, not as friendly on the tills. Based on Kingsway retail park, with plenty of free parking spaces, sometimes a bit busy though and hard to find one.”

“Did you know that you can take in your old clothes and get £5 voucher towards new clothes. I had no idea!! I went in the other day and it's part of their recycling scheme ♻️ you just put the clothes in a bag and take them to shop. AMAZING! MORE SHOPS SHOULD DO THIS !!!”

“Actually really surprised by the other reviews of the store so thought I’d leave my own regarding my experience on 19/11/23. Store looked great and had lots of stock in sizes I needed but most importantly it had a brilliant atmosphere. Whilst shopping I witnessed multiple staff interactions and everyone seemed so happy to see each other, work together and get stuck in to the next task. It was really refreshing especially on the lead up to peak. Had a great shopping experience from start to finish.”
