The women behind the counter upstairs in the men's department absolutely stinks of BO. Also before that I was walking around the shop and couldn't tell who worked there and who didn't. They all just dress in their own clothes wandering around like customers.
This is the worst next I’ve ever been to, ask for some help as was get my son his very first suit which is supposed to be a nice experience and I was told we don’t do a fitting service here followed by I can get you a tape measure if that helps. Not even an attempt to help in the end walked straight out and went to the one in town of which you receive respect and the help needed making you feel at least welcome
Well-stocked store for clothes, clean and well-organised. They could do with more matching the online offers to help people who want to visit the store
Nice clean store with a lot of variety for a small shop. However, the sales assistant really wasn’t smiling, I think she was in a hurry to go home she even missed a tag on one of the items The manager on the other hand was friendlier, warmer and very helpful.
Love Next clothes because they're comfortable, longer lasting than cheaper counterparts
If you want a wonky t shirt where the seam is all twisted then Next is the place to go. Quality of next clothing has gone down in my opinion. Haven't got the receipt anymore so emailed customer complaints but they just aren't interested. All I received was a generic reply telling me to take it back to the store with the receipt. So they clearly didn't even read my email or they would have seen that I do not have the receipt. Absolutely useless. Don't even deserve one star. Nil stars for quality. Nil stars for customer service.
A good sized store with an extensive range of products. I like the home section at the back - there are lots of quirky items of home decor. Convenient free parking right outside, but this can get very busy. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially considering that this store is often understaffed for the amount of customers, but the staff do their best to keep things running as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Staff are pleasant when available to serve. But this store is understaffed. Also click and collect service is not the best. On one occasion my order was given to the wrong person because the staff member did not check the name on the parcel before giving it to the customer. However, NEXT did rectify this by re-ordering the item. Thankfully I was not in a rush for this item, otherwise I may not have been so calm. There is a reasonable selection of clothing. The one thing I do like about the store is that it is reasonably quiet and you can have a good browse round without having to make your way through a crowd of people.
One of the worse experiences that i have EVER had! Hurendus website. Ordered to collect next day. Got there and HALF of my IN stock order wasn't there. I been promised a delivery and it's 3 days late. I've had 2 text wrote telling me that they were on route. Last text telling me that it was on its way AFTER the time of arrival. Proper hard difficult service in all sectors.
