   Some bright spark has decided that there is no need for seating outside the fitting rooms. Very clever move for people waiting for partners and family to try on items of clothing. My money is on some uni grad thinking about a few extra rails in the store as opposed to customer experience.

   I visited M&S Derby today for a bra fitting and was served by Lacey, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She made the whole experience comfortable, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Lacey was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive — nothing was too much trouble. She took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me find the perfect fit. Her customer service was exceptional, and she is truly a credit to the M&S Derby team. Thank you, Lacey, for making what can sometimes be a daunting appointment feel so easy and positive. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending you to others!

   I went to Marks and Spencer and bought some clothes! When I reached the Please Pay Here I realised that I had forgotten my Sparks card, but fortunately I knew it was in the car. So I asked a nice young man to put the basket aside while I dashed back to the car to get it. Well! I am glad I did, because there were several offers! They saved me about £9 on my shop. After all this excitement I needed a cup of tea. That is where it all went wrong. It took absolutely ages to get a simple cup of tea. I was gasping! That is why they only got 4 stars.

   I like m and s cafes as you know what your going to get. However the service at this one is dreadful. Ordered coffee and toastee. One person I front of me. Much faffing at the till. Person infrint hot fed up when 4 staff standing at point doing very little had to ask for his drink to be made. Waited so long for me drink the toastee arrived before they started to make coffee. Think a little retraining needed
