    I have always been made to feel very welcome at this store. There was an occasion I was shopping for once and the staff there insisted on helping me find the perfect outfit which you don't get in a lot of places! I left with a perfect outfit and felt like I wanted to give everyone a tip! Great store and great staff.

    My fiancé was in your store today in Swadlincote and was about to buy 2 pairs of jeans and 2 pairs of leggings when a rude memeber of staff at 5.26 says where closing now so my fiancé was ushered to the door without any purches. Not only have you lost money today you have lost customers this is poor CustomerService and poor staff management. You should be a shamed of your selfs I will Be reporting this store and the memeber of staff to head quarters I will not name on here! Very disappointing
